According to Wordscapes support, if you're using a Motorola phone your phone might not have enough power to run the Wordscapes app. Uninstall and reinstall will just lose everything and it won't fix the problem. I'm going to buy a different phone because I enjoy my team too much to be happy without the app. If it were just the app, I'd switch to solitaire.

I did everything that was suggested...now my 140,000+ coins are gone, my friend, my level and my points...and all my added gifts...all gone. Screen is black but I still hear the game. So frustrating...I guess I'm done with this app
