Why can’t you answer my valid question? Perhaps you don’t know the answers. I asked you earlier on your text on line but instead you sent me a paid answer page. I can afford the cost but I shouldn’t have to. A reputable company takes care of their customers. Why can’t you. This is ridiculous. I need my question answered
