My game froze on my iPad and I had to delete and restart and lost all of my bundle. I took a screenshot of what I had but don’t know how to post it here?

If you have a game issue like this you need to contact the game developers / support. This is a community site so cannot restore progress. If there isn't a support option on the game then check the games listing in your app store for the developers contact details.
