In the bakery game how do I use the mixing bowls, for the donuts that seem to have two kinds of icing on them

You have to put a fruit in the mixin bowl (cherries for red jam, kiwis for green and lemons for yellow), then wait some seconds until it mixes and then you can spread the jam into the doughnut
