Vampire Survivors is full of secrets and unlockables that help you unlock more features in the game by simply finding them. One of those unlockables is a relic called a Yellow Sign which enables players to unlock passives, trigger secret events, and is a requirement for unlocking certain secret characters. This relic is required for unlocking the following characters:

• Boon Marrabbio
• Minnah Mannarah
• Cosmo Pavone
• MissingNO

You'll also need the Yellow Sign to unlock the following passive items:

• Gold Ring
• Metaglio Left
• Metaglio Right
• Silver Ring

Additionally, these passive items will be permanently available as floor pickups in all stages except in Bat Country, Eudaimonia Machine, and Tiny Bridge.

1Unlock the Holy Forbidden Stage

The Yellow Sign is a relic that can be found in the hidden stage called Holy Forbidden. This stage can be unlocked by surviving for 14 minutes in the Moongolow stage using any standard character (except for Sir Ambrojoe, Divano, Gallo, or Zi' Assunta). You also need to defeat a special angel-like boss called Trinacria.

After completing this initial requirement, you now have to enter the Holy Forbidden stage. This stage has special conditions like:

• Players can't level up their characters
• Player loses any Revivals, Armors, passive items, or weapons except the starting weapon.
• The game can't be paused while in this stage.
• Light Sources are still present but they are replenished at a slower rate. You can still obtain standard drops from them like Floor Chickens (HP recovery), Coins, Coin Bags, Nduja Fritta Tantos, and Little Clovers.

2Navigate the Holy Forbidden Stage

You have to keep moving since the area itself is narrow and there's almost no room for maneuvering that much. You have to keep walking to the right since the hordes of enemies can overwhelm you easily.

3Find the invisible bridge leading towards the Yellow Sign relic

Once you have reached the Rosary, all enemies will be banished. However, you should keep heading right past the false wall where the Rosary item is located. This will allow you to close the invisible bridge leading to the Yellow Sign relic. The stage automatically ends in 30 seconds after picking up the Rosary.

After obtaining the relic, the Holy Forbidden map will no longer be accessible using conventional means. Thankfully, if you have the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane (unlocks the secrets/cheats option in the main menu), you can enter the spell (cheat) "ihaveseenitihaveseenitihaveseenitihaveseenitihaveseenitihaveseenitihaveseenit" (yes, that entire line) to unlock the Holy Forbidden stage again.
