But don't worry, after a few plays you'll start earning coins which you can use to enhance your base character, this definitely will help you to survive for longer.

Selecting the right weapon at the start of the game is important too. I prefer to go with the whip, it hits multiple enemies at the same time.

As you play the game and collect the blue dots, you'll get more upgrade changes, go for more attacking options when you can as you'll definitely need to be stronger as your time in the level increases.

After you've been playing the game for a while you should consider making your weapon choices based on their evolutions. Also to pay attention to completing challenges to unlock more stuff.
