Unsolved Case Episode 1 Walkthrough - Find Daniel

Unsolved Case Episode 1 Murderous Talent is the first of the mystery puzzle adventure games from Do Games. In this game you play as a successful Detective called to investigate a murder scene and follow the leads to solve the crime.

You will need to check everything in the scene to spot clues and gather the evidence you need. Then also solve tricky puzzles to help you progress. This game also offer the option to place through match 3 puzzles in some areas instead of completing puzzles, we will focus on guiding you through the puzzles here in this walkthrough.

Episode 1 - Find Daniel

You have the evidence for Daniels Guilt and now you have been given his address. View the phone in your inventory and add to it the address to get the route to the location.

When you arrive at the apartment Scott will wait outside while you try to sneak in and look for Daniel. First on the right of the scene just to the left of the car is a green scooter, view this.

Collect a Star Part (1 of 2) from the seat and also a Lock Part (number 4). Then open the box on the back.

Use the scarf to move the broken glass aside and collect a bullet.

View the Pistol in your inventory and add the bullet to it. You now have a loaded revolver.

Next tap on an electrical box on the lower left of the scene to see that it is chained closed.

Use the revolver on it to shoot the chain and open the box. Collect from inside the crowbar.

Now tap on the window with the bars to view it and add the crowbar.

You will now need to tap on Scott to help you break open the window bars with the crowbar. Then tap the window to enter the apartment.

In the back left of the room is a door to a bathroom where you can see a sink. View this.

Collect the small blue monogram from the side of the basin and then tap the green jumper to examine it.

Then finally take the 'Sturdy chair' that the jumper was on.

Now place the chair in front of a tall cupboard on the back right.

Tap the cupboard to look on top of it. Collect the Valve handle.

Go back to the sink and add the valve to it and then the nut and the bolt. This will reassemble the tap so that hot water will run.

You will then see a clue in the mirror. Now tap on the blue suitcase on the floor behind the sofa, the lock is missing a number.

Add the number 4 part to it and then enter the code.

The case will open to find another hidden object scene.

Daniels Suitcase Hidden Object Puzzle

Hints:

• As with the first hidden object puzzle in this Episode you need to find objects based on the outlines shown at the bottom.
• The clues are not of the actual items though but representations, for example a tricycle and a fuel can means a vehicle = Car
• Some items are very small
• Check the video below to help with the locations.

Once you have them all you will collect the Mail Horn (mail box flag). Exit the apartment to the street and view the mail box on the front path to the right of Scott. Add the flag to it and it will open.

View a note inside from Otto and then collect a Baseball Mitt.

View again the electrical box on the lower left and use the baseball mitt to move the wires. You can then collect a Tower Figurine.

Enter the apartment again and tap to view the broken red chair on the right.

Use the Tower figurine on it to lift it up and then collect a star part (2 of 2) from underneath.

Next view the table next to the sofas with a bag on top.

Add the star parts to the table to start a puzzle.

Daniels Apartment Bag Star Puzzle

Hints:

• Tap the circles to move the star parts around.
• Each star will project beams in certain directions. 1 star in the center will project in all directions.
• Arrange the pieces so that there are 3 beams onto each circle.
• Watch the video below for help

Once the bag is open collect Daniel's Diary from inside. Then view this.

Add the monogram to the clasp to open it. Then look through the pages.

You will receive a Bike key, then you will watch a cut scene, Scott has been injured and Daniel is escaping.

That completes the task to Find Daniel now you must Apprehend him.

Episode 1 - Apprehend Daniel

View the scooter at the end of the road again and use the key to start it.

This begins a mini game.

Apprehend Daniel Scooter Puzzle

Hints:

• Use the arrow controls on the left to direct the scooter across the street. Avoid the oncoming traffic.
• There are 3 streets to cross.
• If you touch a vehicle you will have to start again from the beginning.
• The levels can vary slightly. But the best way to complete this seems to be to move forward as fast as possible.

Once done you will catch Daniel and listen to his speech.

That completes the task to Apprehend Daniel, and also finishes Episode 1 of Unsolved Case. Congratulations.
