Why don’t I get pop-up paying customers for multiple max level items anymore?

I am suspicious that the game creators have removed that feature because it makes it too easy to play without buying gems with real money. Their goal, as we all know, is to make money off the game they created. I can’t argue with that because it takes a lot of work to create and maintain a game like this. It’s a huge bummer for players, though. I am hoping that the game managers have just changed which items do that so we have something else to discover. Keeping my fingers crossed. Meanwhile, I’ve been stocking piling sandcastles and crowns and mosquitoes by filling the board, sticking them next to a free auto producer, selling and then reversing so they go into the standby where you get rewards and gems. Every now and then, I pull everything out and collect rewards and then put the sandcastles etc back in stasis. That’s also how I check if the auto customer is working, which so far it isn’t.
