What do I do with the surprise satchel in the spooky halloween event?

You have to get to level 12. Then you’ll be able to merge the mushroom on a string into the ghost paper bag

You want to merge 2 gost bags and then the resulting ghost container takes the surprise satchels.

Yes! I'm having a hard time getting satchels. I'm on level 15 and I've spent probably 300 energy to get about 3 satchels....and I need my ghost bucket developed or I'm stuck at this level

I have 10 satchels but can’t do anything with them
