What do I do with fountain pens? I have five now with no orders.

Around level 83 you combine it with the book to make a comic book. Si easily made that I would scrap them before the comic book quest

Correction!!!! You can use the fountain pens with Notepad and create new items

How do we use the pens with notepads please?

You get the level 10 notepad, and then double click the notepad and the fountain pen goes straight to the notepad and gives you a reading book
