Is the mysterious fossil mission sequence a one time thing?

Is the mysterious fossil mission sequence a one time thing? I've completed it once. After going on a self imposed mission to get all items with the bucket I now have 4 fossil heads. Should I just sell them because I don't have the 10 order sequence popping up again? Any reason to hold off on the fossil heads due to their rarity?
