I'm stuck on Level 43 as the Pencil Pot Holder produces the paper pages and pens but not any items towards the 3D book and Chapter Book that I need. I've kept trying but no joy. Any ideas?

You need to put the pen level 5 (Fountain pen) in the book level 10. This way you are going to unlock the book collection.
