I'm really lost I've come a long way in the game but I'm not patient enough to figure out how to get cat wand maybe someone knows?

Tap the pet adoption certificate. This creates dog kennels and cat trees. Merge until you achieve the max cat tree. Tapping the cat tree creates cat toys and yarn. Merge cat toys till you get the wand.
