How to get turtle egg?

You can get your first turtle egg from a quest, once you have it you can start merging it with the other locked turtle eggs on the board. Eventually you'll get the incubator, which will give you baby turtles.

I got my first turtle egg at level 13. It was a quest to do with photos from the instant camera.
