I'm level 50 and still haven't received enough letters to do anything. I've had the same mission since I started playing

I’m level 40 and I just got my second letter, they drop at all levels, they are just VERY rare, need to use a lot of energy on the bucket 1 0 REPORT

I'm level 24, I just got my second mysterious letter. You need a lot of energy on the epic bucket. Also you need to click on other things too, not only focus on the bucket. Guest Replied

You should be able to get mysterious letters from the bucket, however we have read that the letters usually only drop at beginner levels.

I am level 19 for a looong time and I have 5 mysterious letter so far. I think the key is you have to click on every epic source until it need time to replenish.. All resources I mean. After that you click on epic bucket, tadaa you get the mysterious letter. Yes it need lots of thunder. And that's why the lower level you are, the more easy you get the mysterous letter.
