How to get Mysterious Fossil?

If you click the bucket super fast to get a lot of pebbles, it will randomly spit out a mysterious letter. Read it somewhere. Tried it. Got it. Finally.

Make sure you have enough spaces in the board and enough energy to keep clicking the bucket.

I gave up on this quest at first. On level 47 I found a few tips on the internet and after two levels of clicking the bucket between other items, using huge amounts of energy I got the treasure Island. And guess what. It didn't give me the mysterious fossil, it gave me half-fossil. It doesn't seem to be worth the effort...

At last, I have received half of the fossil, yeay. Then I’ll need to complete 10 orders to get the other half fossil. Long journey but it’s fun.

I restarted also as I was at level 57 and was sick of looking at the mysterious fossil. I feel like you have to complete it when the bucket items like sandcastles are regularly appearing as orders to be fulfilled. You can complete later judging by comments here but it's hard.

My top tips leave lots of energy cos letter only appeared for me when I was tapped on bucket loads and loads. Stick with it ! I was sorry to go back to the beginning but it's worth it to get rid of thst mysterious fossil order !!

I restart the game just to get the mysterious island. I think it’s easier to manage if you completed this quest before upgrading other shops. You’ll need total of 4 mysterious letters to combine in order to get the mysterious island. The island will give smileys and diamonds just like the jewelry box, but so far, I’m still waiting for the mysterious fossil. Will wait patiently☺️

After obtaining half of the fossil, the icon of the old lady appears in the orders requiring fulfillment of 10 orders. The prize is the other half of the fossil

Deleted my game was already in 30 something level, but only had one nap , so go to admin apps and delete cache YES youl have to start over . Maxed the shells bucket around level 6 or 7 and it came one letter, stored it in the inventory, 3 moves later got the other, combined them and again went too inventory, like 5 or 6 hundred bucket energy, so many castle sands and shells got the other 2 at leve 7, once the 2 parts were together, a palm tree shores up and gives you gems, gold and a half of fossil, then a quest pops on top to deliver 10 orders from the top, that's where castles, food and shells come handy. You'll get the other part of the fossil and you're done. FUN FACT working on a high end order at level 15 I got another mysterious letter. Will it happen again.???

Ok so there should be a chef who asks for part of the fossil but gives you the bigger fossil part in exchange. I’m on level 21 and that’s how I got it. But you need multiple pieces of the fossil.

When you have enough Mysterious Letters, merge them to take it to level three, to get the island. From the island you'll get the Mysterious Fossil.
