How to get instant cameras?

you can get the instant camera by merging the photo cartridges to level 5. They will then turn into an instant camera, which you can then tap to produce photos - about 20 or so. After it has been fully used, it will disappear. It does come with a recharge icon, so you can continue to use it after it recharges, the recharge time is a couple of seconds.
