How do you use the thread and fabric? It doesn’t merge together and I’m trying to get a red dress. What do I do?

Upgrade the sewing tools (button, zipper, etc.) until you reach the max level sewing machine.
When you have fabric, thread, and a sewing machine, click the sewing machine to use the fabric and thread to make clothing.
