How do you know how long it takes a item to recharge? I see the difference in the circles but can't determine a time line for them.

Minutes until recharge = # of diamonds/2 + 1
For example, if a large backpack requires 6 diamonds to instantly recharge, then it will take approximately 4 minutes (6/2 + 1) to recharge.
