How do I get the gardening tools like the shears, gloves, and trowel?

Once you have the HERB STORE you keep merging the HERBS into JARS, once you have a full JAR it will drop tea balls, gloves, shears, etc. It works just like the scuba gear in the previous game. Once the JAR is used up it turns to a regular JAR and you need to merge it back up again 😃

Hope this helps.
