You can get the sleepy fox after you have reach the max item for Shrine Material (the fox statue).

Is it one of the materials from the shrine that upgrades to the fox statue? I'm on level 5 with a shrine at level 3 and can't get to level 6 without getting the sleepy fox. If I have to max the shrine to get the fox it would be impossible. There are no other orders for me to fill except that stupid fox to get past level 5.

Tag - Lantern - bird house - rope decoration - rope and ball - dog statue. Tap the dog to get the sleeping fox.
