You have to have a sewing machine and also a sewing station. You tap on the sewing station and it gives you clothes and threads. You tap on the sewing machine and it’ll merge them into either clothes or a stitched sleeve.

I have used more threads and materials and can’t get the red sleeve.. I’ve been trying for a month but I keep making the scarves and things in that panell but no sleeves or dresses..

I got a sleeve early on, but I’ve been trying again for about 2 weeks, I just had to check as thought I was going mad and must have got it some other way! So frustrating
