How do I get a bow tie?

Use the sewing drawer thing: you'll get a sewing machine as top level of the item chain that starts from buttons and you'll get the cloth and thread you need from the chain that is those blue sewing bags (finish that chain for something that generates the cloth and thread that is). Once you have at least one cloth and one thread, click the sewing machine to make the clothing chain items including the bowtie.

In the sewing tools level it all the way up to the sewing machine. Then, level it up sewing kit to sewing station which produces thread and cloth. From here make enough thread and cloth to have equal amounts. From here double tap the sewing machine until you get the bow tie.
