It turns out you get it from the sale sign when you max it out and get a gift, then you can get a video game or energy from it.

Max out the electronic equipment. That turns into a video game console. Merge that with the wall charger (max out boxes) and the video game you were given earlier. That creates something that for me so far spot out the animals I needed to move forward
