I have lost Herb rack. How can I recover it in order to continue playing?

Did you ever get it back? If so, how please? I put my coffee machine in my bag and now it's gone. I've lost quite a few things in the bag, but never a producer.

I had this same issue with my lvl 1 Arabian Garden! At first I thought I accidentally sold it or something but I checked and you cannot sell or get rid of producers. I have NO IDEA how this happened. Every order I have now includes something produced by it so I have zero idea where to go from here.

If anyone knows what happened or a way to fix this, please let me know!

Just delete the game from your iPhone, make sure it’s connected to the Game centre before that! And download again. I had the same problem and this solved it, herb sack is back and didn’t loose any progress

I had a similar issue with the Arabian Garden but it got fixed. I connected my Facebook account and it somehow appeared again when I went back to my board. Crazy.
