Can you refresh orders or get new orders somehow? Mine are related to items that I have no way of getting (like mysterious fossil). Can I swap for new orders?

No, you cant swap. There are usualy 3-4 orders, so you should be able to complete some of them. Ignore mystery fosil, it's not that important. You can generate your own orders by collecting special combo - max items by 3 (blue crowns, red mushrooms etc., max red dress (~50000smileys), max raisin cake (~10000s))
