Use the Sewing Studio: Upgrade the sewing tools (button, zipper, etc.) until you reach the max level sewing machine. Upgrade the sewing kit to max level; max level kit makes cloth and thread.
When you have cloth, thread, and a sewing machine, click the sewing machine to use the cloth and thread to make clothes, including the sewn sleeve.
