Click on it, then it the “i” in top right. Then take you to a page and there is demolish button an end.
What are the best troops for the different levels of Ancient Vaults?
Griffins if you have them, for any level. For up to level 19, archers and riders. For 20-29, riders. For 30-39 only griffins. I'm afraid I don't know beyond that. But like any monsters, you can have a look what troops the vaults have. See what they have extra strength against, and send something else.
