Trader will not buy items. When I sell, the item is removed from Storage but I do not gain caps, nor does Trader lose caps. I was able to successfully sell when I first began playing. This issue is true for two different Traders and they do have inventory of caps. Is this a glitch or is there a reason I’m unaware of?
