Who is Wingman troop (NPC) keeps joining my rally and I can't even see him in my alliance?

The wingman will join your rally at about 8 seconds left if no one else has. It’s just a non player character that allows you to do rallies even if no one in your alliance will join.

It is like bot troop sent by game if no one joins the rally
