When we rally to fight the pangolin, for example, is it best that the player with the highest level of troop tunnel "hosts" the rally or the buffs will still be applied to all members of the rally if he joins? Are the buffs of all members added or only the best is applied? Thanks for your help!

The rally leaders troop tunnel is the only one who's buff will take affect
