Research in Evolution Fungi not starting even when I have the full resources. It's asking to purchase diamonds. Why is this happening?

This happens when there is already a research in progress.

It can also occur if there is a shortage of resources not displayed in the requirements window. Make sure to scroll down to ensure ALL resource requirements are included.
