The class feature buff selected is +45000/h. But I do not see this when gathering.
Why is this not effective when gathering?

This bonus is applied when troops return. If troops gather 600k plants in 10 hrs, upon return your log will show 1,050,000 plants gained. The extra 450k being from the buff.
This actually allows more due to not being restricted as much by load size and tile resources left
