Do you need to sail to the other islands?
Are there new resources there, or just more of the same?

Yes when you start to sail/swim to an island then the game will ask if you want to download that island(each island is 20 to 50 MB size). There are some new animals on new islands.

Yeah actually the strongest thing in the game (iron) is found on a differnet island 0 0 REPORT
