How to get support for Strongblade

Strongbalde is a well designed game which seems to work well without too many problems. But occasionally mobile games can have issues, especially with the wide range of devices and systems they can be run on.
If you have a question about how to play the game, or need tips then please head to the Answers Page to ask the question there or see if you can help others. If you are having any issues with loading the game or receiving reward / purchases etc then you will need to check with the game developers, Dekovir, to get their help.
In Game Support
In the game itself is an option to contact the game support, although it is not well implemented. To access this tap the small cog icon in the lower left of the main screen to open the options menu. From here tap the Support button which opens a sharing interface. If you choose the email option you will be able to send an email to the developers with some diagnostic details for them to be able to help you. If you don't want to send any data then check the options below.
Other Support Options
If you are not able to use the in game option then you can try contacting the developers directly via their site / email and media channels.
