I can't get into play The Harvest game it is froze up I deleted it reinstalled it and it still sets right there froze what is it going on are you having problems that you're in thank you?
Have you tried contacting customer support? If you can get to the loading screen, in the lower left there should be a link that says "need help" with your user ID. Click that to go to their contact page. If the screen is frozen on the loading screen, you could just write down your user ID and go here:
