Why cannot I contact you from the game? No contact us icon. I pay 1200 for extra lives, my husband only 900? Not very fair. He is ahead of me in the game it seems very unfair . In his game there is a contact us selection, not in mine ……..?

This is a community help site, not the owners of the game.
Possibly you have a different version of the game installed (older / newer version). Or you are on a different device (iPhone / Android).
If you want to contact the game developers try https://dreamgames.com/
