Got so far into the game changed my device done everything was promted to do and game started from beginning after speaking to numerous people from royal match support literally was no help at all spent so much money buying things to help me progress in the game I've lost everything any help will be appreciated?

I changed devices and it started new. I called support and they said to go to settings on original phone and save progress. Then reboot and start on new device it should advance you to the same point in the game
