I don’t understand when people ask for lives. Am I giving them one of mine or if I answer them do we get a free one to give to them?

When you give a life, it does not affect the lives which you have. When you give a life, you are helping your teammate to continue their play time. And, you earn 5 free coins for every life you give.

You can give a life without using one of yours (you actually earn 5 coins for giving a life)
