Livello Halloween sono bloccata all inizio ho traviato il biglietto con un codice , lo Inserisco nel lucchetto della cristalliera ma Non apre . Cosa sbaglio?

Halloween level I'm stuck at the beginning I found the ticket with a code, I put it in the lock of the glass cabinet but it doesn't open. What am I doing wrong?
