Level 22 master bedroom can't make it with bags work according to that diagram. Should it look like that setup from the start or is this how it should be? Can someone draw an explanation?
I think you start with the pink white double arrow - swap them. Then move the black to the far right of the top row and BOTH of the other bags now on the top row move left. Then follow the double arrow move a second time.
Repeat this in the bottom half doing the double arrow, single arrow then repeating the double arrow move back
