The yellow pieces are fixed.

You can only move the pink pieces.

The pieces all either have one or two symbols on them. For example the four pinks with only one symbol are O 8 - C

Move the pink pieces that only have one symbol to the corners/end of the orange pathways.

Then move the rest of the pink pieces around so that every piece has one symbol in common with its neighbor connected by the orange pathway. If there’s two orange pathways connected to a piece, then each neighbor should have one of the two symbols on it.

Example:

C —- C III —- S III —- S
