How do I get the ice cubes in pharoah’s bride Vikings museum (level 14)?

How do I get the ice cubes in pharoah’s bride Vikings museum (level 14)? When I sort the image on the shield and unscrewed the panel on the wall, connected the one line and press the button on the panel, the ice cube just melts and and then I don’t see it in my bag? Any help please?
