I don’t know what to do with the wigs and the poster, can anyone help?

Same here, when I hit help it tells me to take a closer look to the poster and forget the wig color. But when I fix the to smile the one with the black dot then blue eyes and then green nothing happens.

The wigs are red, brown, blonde and black.
