Fill 7 till top and put in 6.

Put 1 left in 7 in destination bowl.

You’ll end up putting 7 into the larger container. And then You’ll fill 7 again and dump it into 6 (leaving 1 part left in 7 bowl) you’ll dump 6 back into the starting vessel and then finish the large container adding 1 part at a time until it’s done (so you’ll repeat that 7 bowl to 6 bowl process - few times!)
