The answer is white, black, yellow on first row

Blue, red, pink on second row

Orange, green, purple on third row.

See clearly for the arrow of yellow, it’s move to right instead of exchange with black

Going by the diagram, swap the diagonals first (pink/white then green/red)
Then go to the left & right arrows. Instead of swapping/exchanging you want to move the yellow to the end of the line leaving you with White > Black > Yellow.
On the bottom row the same instruction, instead of swapping/exchanging you want to move orange to the start of the line, leaving you with Orange > Green > Purple
