Have you ever experienced the extremely laggy loading?? Like I have data and fast wifi but even the main screen loading takes hours to load and a connection error notification often appears in the middle of me playing or having a surprise guest and made me lose all my progress- and I even lose my 30 free ap often thanks to this slow loading like what’s this game’s problem?

You can report these problems to customer support (they’re really helpful 😃, but most of the time it’s because of an update. If that’s the case, they usually compensate for it via gifts (extra AP, devil points, etc)
