How many beasts do I need for each level to tier up to next level?

Ideally the same tier, cause then the upgrade chance will be 100%, if you upgrade matierial is 1 tier lower then the upgrade chance will only be 40% and with two tiers lower only 16%.
So that would make 1024 beasts to get 100 % chance to upgrade safely to tier 11.
