How do I start 2nd account while playing game?

You can only play one hero at a time. The game does not allow 2 heroes to be played, even on separate devices, to be played at the same time as in many other games.

Actually you can start other character... go to settings and there is tab called CHARACTER. you can start 2 characters per nation
