What does the Picnic Table do for your character? Once you have the riding center, you'll be able to increase your speed by using training credits there. The specific training credit for increasing speed is obtained when you use the Picnic Table. Since your rider is the one being trained for speed, you need to make sure your character eats.

You'll find the picnic table on the right side of the riding center. Once you enter, you can choose food from a list based on your upgrade level. You can grow the ingredients needed using your greenhouse. Once your character has eaten, you'll get a training credit as your reward. Make sure to use this facility if you wish to train for your speed.
